Stacey began her wellness journey in 2005 with a degree in Human Nutrition, followed by a Diploma in Personal Training in 2006, specializing in weight management and sports nutrition. Since then, she has worked with a diverse clientele, including boxers, athletes, and clients focused on weight loss. In 2007, she expanded her expertise to include Pre and Post Natal exercise, later finding her true passion in STOTT Pilates, which she has dedicated herself to mastering over the past 12 years. Stacey’s own fitness transformation fueled her commitment to Pilates, and her extensive experience allows her to support clients of all levels, from those recovering from injuries to professional athletes. With expertise in prenatal care, pain relief, and personalized training, Stacey is dedicated to helping individuals reach their wellness goals.
